Order Cut Off times
Order Cut-Off (UK Mainland): midnight on December 18th (orders will be processed on the morning of the 19th for the lunchtime collection).
Order Cut-Off (Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland): midnight on December 16th (orders will be processed on the morning of the 17th for the lunchtime collection).
Orders can be placed after this date to secure stock but will not be processed until we re-open after Christmas.
Delivery Information
PLEASE NOTE, WE ONLY SHIP ORDERS TO ADDRESSES IN MAINLAND UNITED KINGDOM AND NORTHERN IRELAND.
Postage will be charged on all orders at the following rates:
Mainland UK Delivery (24hr service from the day it is shipped): £7.99
Northern Ireland / Scottish Highlands Delivery (2-4 business days from the day it is shipped): £7.99
Please note that once an order leaves us we have no responsibility for nor control over the delivery service, terms, performance or actions of our appointed courier service providers. We are not able to intervene with, change nor update any delivery instructions. Our couriers have service level agreements with us and processes that dictate our actions in the incredibly rare event that something goes wrong. Signatures will always be required on delivery and no product should be left without this secure handover. Tracking numbers will be provided for you to follow progress but the route drivers take (and your delivery slot thereon) are governed by our couriers.
Order Turnaround Times
Our aim is to despatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt but please note this is dependent on the number of orders in the system at any one time. Please note our dispatch and delivery days are on WEEKDAYS ONLY. No order will be dispatched or delivered on a weekend, i.e. if you order on a Friday your order will be processed at the earliest on the following Monday, meaning the earliest your order will arrive will be the following Tuesday.
Stock Availability
While we do our best to maintain our stock levels across the board from time to time we may be out of stock of certain items. We will always call / email to advise of any delays and suggest substitute products (if possible) in these instances.
Please note that all orders will only be dispatched once all items are available. We will not part-despatch orders unless there are special circumstances and have spoken to you first.
