Order Turnaround Times
Our aim is to despatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt but please note this is dependent on the number of orders in the system at any one time. Please note our dispatch and delivery days are on WEEKDAYS ONLY. No order will be dispatched or delivered on a weekend, i.e. if you order on a Friday your order will be processed at the earliest on the following Monday, meaning the earliest your order will arrive will be the following Tuesday.

Stock Availability
While we do our best to maintain our stock levels across the board from time to time we may be out of stock of certain items. We will always call / email to advise of any delays and suggest substitute products (if possible) in these instances.
